This tool brings together the full catalogues of Deise Weddings and Irish Entertainments. Pick what you need (DJs, photo/video, décor, lighting & more). Your live total and automatic bundle savings update as you tick items. Category titles are clickable to read more on our websites.

How pricing & savings work

• Per-company bundle discounts: discounts apply separately inside each company. The highest-priced line stays full price, then additional lines step down (5%, 10%, 15%… capped).
• Seasonal rules (Jan–Mar):
  • Deise Weddings: no percentage discounts in Jan–Mar. Instead, we apply Winter Special prices on selected items (e.g. LED floor, Magic Mirror, Flower Wall, DJ packages, etc.). These winter reductions are shown against the regular price.
  • Irish Entertainments: keeps the standard ladder and the steps are doubled Jan–Mar.
• Travel (by company): travel is calculated per company and shown as an “up to” estimate by county. If a company’s after-discount subtotal reaches the free-travel threshold (currently €1000), that company’s travel shows as free:
  • Deise Weddings: free travel on qualifying orders in all counties.
  • Irish Entertainments: free travel on qualifying orders in the Republic of Ireland (NI not included).
  Your bundle shows a travel savings line when free travel applies.
• Live transparency: you’ll see item savings, any Deise Weddings Winter savings, per-company subtotals, per-company travel, and a combined grand total.

Booking & calendar

• One-click email quote: your selections go to the right company inbox(es) with you in CC. The email includes full breakdowns and an Add to Google Calendar link.
• Download .ics: add the booking to any calendar app in one tap.
• Booking ID: every request generates a unique ID (date + venue + code) for easy tracking.

Service area

We serve all counties across Ireland. Travel is estimated by county; policies can differ by company (see notes above).

Important notes & terms

• Availability: All items are subject to date availability. Your booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation.
• Separate invoicing: You may receive invoices from our sister companies for the items they supply. A 20% deposit may be requested upon confirmation.
• Prices & discounts: Live totals reflect per-company bundle discounts, Deise Weddings Winter prices (Jan–Mar), and per-company/region travel policies.
• Travel accuracy: Travel fees are shown as “up to” estimates and confirmed in our reply. Free-travel thresholds are currently €1000 per company and may change in the future.
• Changes: Any changes after confirmation may affect price, discounts, or travel.
• Privacy: Your details are used to prepare your quote and coordinate availability. We don’t sell your data.

Staff note: entering the Staff PIN unlocks admin tools (manual override discounts, deposits, calendar invites). Future payments after the first calendar entry are recorded manually in Google Calendar.
